[* icon_note] In order for the new hot end to work properly, some configuration changes must be made to the firmware. Specifically, the E3D hot end uses a different type of thermistor. Without a firmware configured to use the correct type of thermistor, the temperature readings will be wrong.

This is a violation of Marlin's open3D firmware source license.
